Doctor Bratton has been our family doctor for several years now. He is not only a good man, but an excellent doctor! He has such a gentle kind demeanor & is always a good listener. We are in our 50’s and have lived in quite a few places across the United States, & Dr Bratton is by far the BEST Doctor we’ve ever had. Extremely disappointed
Charged me to see the dr. Then the "dr" informed me I cant be seen bc the injury is work related. Whatever at least refund my $ . Complete waste of time.
We used to see Amy, which was great all times, the only issue and that i think is critical it's the front desk... I had a concussion on Jan 11th, asked ER to notify my PCP so i could follow up, no call from them so i went ahead and called on the 16th, explained i went o ER on Saturday and wanted to follow up which only was to get a referral for a Neurologist, the front desk lady said they couldn't see me unless its 7 days after the ER visit? really? so what if you get worst on day 3? , then after some back and forth she was ... read more
The Bratton medical practice is the worst that I have ever experienced....ever. IF they happen to answer the phone, the staff seems put out by having to schedule appointments, if there is even one available in the next 6 months. If you need to be seen ASAP, well don't bother calling. If you are sick, and need attention that day, good luck. After Dr.Bratton ordered expensive labs and imaging, he failed to even follow up with a call with results.
