Charged me to see the dr. Then the "dr" informed me I cant be seen bc the injury is work related. Whatever at least refund my $ . Complete waste of time.
We used to see Amy, which was great all times, the only issue and that i think is critical it's the front desk... The Bratton medical practice is the worst that I have ever experienced....ever. IF they happen to answer the phone, the staff seems put out by having to schedule appointments, if there is even one available in the next 6 months. If you need to be seen ASAP, well don't bother calling. If you are sick, and need attention that day, good luck. After Dr.Bratton ordered expensive labs and imaging, he failed to even follow up with a call with results. Medecine Mis-managed. The practice is terribly mismanaged but has seemed to open three offices. This time around I've been waiting on the office to forward a prescription for three weeks. I've called each week multiple times - no one calls back, I have good insurance and pay upfront. In prior appointments the office did not forward prescriptions and did not connect to specialists for diffrent issues. It takes days if they return your call at all. I guess is you have a sports injury that is obvious Doctor Bratton is your man but if you have something harder to pinpoint. Such as maybe inflammation from an Undiagnosed autoimmune issue you should consider finding a different Doctor. I believed I was going to end up in a wheelchair. It was so bad I could hardly get my legs to move. There were other widely scattered issues also . But Not once was I tested for anything autoimmune.
