Went for my prescription renewal appointment yesterday and it was easy and pleasant. My new NP was kind and very informative (shout out Amanda). She took the time to listen and never appeared to be rushing me. The office staff is awesome and I always feel like smiling as I leave. One of the staff took the time to read a document to me, after I said I couldn't see it and needed to have my son look at. They care! Doctor Bratton has been our family doctor for several years now. He is not only a good man, but an excellent doctor! He has such a gentle kind demeanor & is always a good listener. We are in our 50’s and have lived in quite a few places across the United States, & Dr Bratton is by far the BEST Doctor we’ve ever had. Extremely disappointed
Charged me to see the dr. Then the "dr" informed me I cant be seen bc the injury is work related. Whatever at least refund my $ . Complete waste of time.
We used to see Amy, which was great all times, the only issue and that i think is critical it's the front desk... I had a concussion on Jan 11th, asked ER to notify my PCP so i could follow up, no call from them so i went ahead and called on the 16th, explained i went o ER on Saturday and wanted to follow up which only was to get a referral for a Neurologist, the front desk lady said they couldn't see me unless its 7 days after the ER visit? really? so what if you get worst on day 3? , then after some back and forth she was ... read more
