The doctors there are nice and helpful but the staff can be rude and condescending. I tried to bring my kid in for a vaccination but they wouldn't see her because I couldn't recall if she had been there before, we rarely go to the doctor. Pretty disappointing considering I had been going there since I was a kid. Fun fact, my kids had been there before but probably wont go back now.
I switched to Greg after I got fed up with Yakima Neighborhood Health. I cannot say enough about Greg. He has been a true blessing in my health care journey the last few years. I wish I would have known about him sooner! He really does care about his patients, takes his time with you, answers any questions you may have and really does show compassion. 10/10 recommend! Bickel Is a nice Dr. Works great with children. However his staff is horrible. They can't do their assigned work. They refuse to accept their responsibility and how they failed their patients.
Best Dr. Ever. Even when he was on vacation he helped me out! During your appt. He just hangs out and talks to you, listens and gets to know you. I’m 46 and he the only doctor that has ever really listened to me. Thank you Dr. Bickel for giving me a voice in my own treatment!
