Dr. Baird was fired from the nursing home Avalon in Taylorsville for being incompetent, stalking a patient, and dangerously taking the elderly off of medications (cold turkey) that require weening off of causing extreme suffering for them. He is incompetent, cruel, and his bedside manner is atrocious. I cannot believe this guy is still allowed to work with the elderly.
