YOU'D THINK THAT THE DEBT COLLECTORS WOULD WANT TO PROVIDE A PAYOFF AMOUNT - UNTIL YOU REALIZE THEY DON'T BECAUSE THEY WANT MORE MONEY IN INTEREST. I'D GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. THIS LAW FIRM IS A BUNCH OF SHADY PEOPLE. If I could give this law office a minus star, I would. The communication is awful! You call, they transfer you over to a paralegal who then says send an email. You send two emails with no response. You call back to follow up and is told by a rude paralegal, your request is not a priority and the person who handles payoffs will get to it when they get to it. This law office handles debt collection so if I am calling to get a pay-off amount to pay off said debt, you would think they would be more responsive. Make it make sense... read more
Horrible just horrible.
One of my HOA fee accounts was somehow disconnected from autopay and went unnoticed for sometime which led to me owing a good bit of money and this firm being assigned to collect it. That was in December and it’s now April. They have answered one email asking how much I can pay and then went silent. They don’t answer phones, VM is always full and they ignore all email communication. Clearly they play this ignore game as the fees stack up. Would put ZERO stars if I could. This law office is complete trash. They never answer the phone, voicemail is always full, never reply to emails. And when you finally get ahold of someone all they do is lie
