The worse law firm I have worked with. They always claim that payments arrived late, so I went and delivered one myself and gave them the payment on the morning of 18th of the month and conveniently did not get posted until the 20th so that way they can create more fees. How can a law firm get away with it?
I would not recommend the Law Office of Gregory Alexander based on my experience. I had to personally take the lien releases to the Land Records office to have them recorded. Since I had two lien releases, I was required to pay $102 out of my own pocket. While I was there, the employee at the Land Records office told me that this law office regularly submits lien releases for recording and that, in my situation, the law office should have handled the recording instead of requiring me to do it myself as they stated on the pho... read more

Save yourself the stress and find another attorney. This office has been incredibly difficult to work with from start to finish. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service is honestly shocking. It often felt like no one cared about resolving the issue or even keeping us informed. Dealing with them has been nothing but frustration and disappointment. There are far better law firms that actually treat people with respect.
Today 4/14/26 I drove 56 minutes to conduct business with this company. I had to use the bathroom so bad I was dancing around. I ask to use the bathroom that was in my view while I was waiting for the girl at the front desk to finish. I was told outsiders not aloud to use bathroom. Now how I'm I a outsider when I'm conducting business? This company is unhuman. Than I ask is there somewhere I can use the bathroom.
