Find a new doctor. 80% blocked and didn’t know about it for two years. He just said that everything was fine and my family member almost died from a widow maker 90% blocked because we took him to NYU hospital and they worked on him right away to find out what’s wrong SIUH kept saying nothing was wrong pumping him up with all kinds of pain meds and muscle relaxers then discharging him 3 times ! meanwhile he had all signs of right before having a heart attack! NYU saved his life . He wouldn’t be here right now .
Performed nothing short of a miracle on my family member. Truly gave life back with his team's skill and ability.

Dr. Maniatis goes above and beyond for his patients. He takes his time and is very transparent.
Dr. Maniatis is a good doctor and I liked speaking with him. However, the communication between him and his staff seems to be little to none. I called to ask the doctor a question today about what physical activities I am allowed to do and I spoke to three different people and finally was able to leave the message. Then a nurse called me back( I am also a nurse myself) and told me since I haven’t gone to any appointments with him since May and nothing has changed the amount of exercise I can do is probably the same as May.
