On July 24, 2020, I signed a Patient Treatment Plan for an Endosteal Implant. Dr Rekos demands payment up front for his services and on that same date I paid the amount requested. My insurance plan reimbursed a higher amount than expected which left a credit balance of $583.70 on my account.
