I can relax after teaching my aqua class. They were supposed to reach the anaerobic stage... not me. They pooped me out I guess I didnt add any recovery stages in between the phases but it was all good. It’s is so great to see those who drove ALL the way up here from Rancho Penasquitos 24 Hour Fitness.
