I didn’t realize I had a problem with this Dr. until he sent me to a collection agency for a 30.00 co-pay that they apparently didn’t ask me at time of service nor was I sent a bill or a call reminding me beforehand. A few months after the visit I contacted Covid19. A reminder would have been nice especially since we were in a pandemic and only 5 mos past without it a payment being made. No effort to collect beforehand by his office at all. Nice way to treat a new customer.
