Came for here for a valve replacement late in the afternoon and they took my car in. I realized I did not have an appointment but they got me sorted by the next day. Highly recommend this shop
Friendly and courteous
I recently visited Gregoris Subaru’s Service Center and was unfortunately met with poor customer service. When discussing a missing tire valve on my vehicle, the service representative I worked with was inexplicably rude and seemed upset about the issue. I genuinely didn’t care what the problem was—I was going to get the car diagnosed and pay for whatever the issue turned out to be. That’s obviously why I went there in the first place.
