Such a lovely experience from beginning to end! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was very warm and welcoming. You can truly feel the care and love that go into every detail. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back! Lovely GM!! Highly recommend! ♥
Amazing people and love the environment only thing I’d say is make the lasagna more meaty
We have made made reservations and gone to Gregorio’s 3 times over the past 6 months. Each time the service became worse. This last time I made a birthday reservation for 5 of us. We arrived 5 min early and sat down. We waited 30min for a server, after getting up 2x to ask for one since we didn’t even have water or menus. Server came and took our drink orders and 20min later we still had no drinks (alcoholic or non). At this point a manager came up asking how our evening was going. Their food is good, but they have a tricky racket for extortion tipping on carryout orders. When you order, they automatically add an 18% tip, which is way out of line for carryout. It's true that the customer can go and change it on the next screen, but they have made it hard. Quite dishonest.
