Disappointed after being a loyal customer for 2 years. I’ve been using this car wash for over two years, but after my recent experience, I won’t be going back. A week ago, the tap payment system on their machine didn’t work — the payment was deducted from my bank, but the wash didn’t start. They told me I could get a free wash next time to make up for it. No hot water
Place is pathetic. Not hot water for weeks. Fine. They don’t tell you the soap doesn’t work when there is no hot water. Door is broken so you need to go in and out the same door, which is not easy with a full sized extended truck. Tell the employee that their sign doesn’t say that pressure soap doesn’t work, and he says oh well.
