Picked up a bike I put on hold and the staff were so helpful and patient with my waffling and indecision. Helped me talk thru the pros and cons with zero pressure, compared specs with me, and even slowed my roll when I was getting accessory mania. Thanks guys yall rock.
They don't service E-bikes if it's not a brand they sell. They also have a terrible phone, could barely hear anything they said. glad I didn't push my bike all the way there, just to waste my time. So avoid here if you have any Ebike tbh
I had bought 2 bikes from Walmart for my grandkids. I thought they would be good enough for there first bikes age 7 and 10. Was an almost $400 purchase for 2 bikes. I learned you get what you paid for- junk! Was such a waste of time and money. Bought a Trex bike from Greg's for the 7 year old- wow what a nice bike he loves it. His brother 10 road it and said I love this mountain bike so I ordered a 24 in. Trex for him. Greg's is very helpful and fast service. Shout out to the great staff, Luke Baird and Raj, who let me ride some bikes, figure out what was best for me, and then special ordered me my preferred bike from another store and had it two days later. I appreciated their sales approach which was less about getting me to buy a bike, and more about educating me and helping me make a decision that fit my needs and budget. I really appreciated them and am glad to say you can buy local, get a competitive price, and get exceptional customer service. Thank you.
