Great bike shop. It was a little intimidating to go in there knowing nothing about bikes, but staff is nice and helpful.
When I had a question about a range extender for my Townie 7D go! 3 employees ended up helping me, each one more knowledgeable about that particular solution.
Picked up a bike I put on hold and the staff were so helpful and patient with my waffling and indecision. Helped me talk thru the pros and cons with zero pressure, compared specs with me, and even slowed my roll when I was getting accessory mania. Thanks guys yall rock.
They don't service E-bikes if it's not a brand they sell. They also have a terrible phone, could barely hear anything they said. glad I didn't push my bike all the way there, just to waste my time. So avoid here if you have any Ebike tbh
