Shout out to the great staff, Luke Baird and Raj, who let me ride some bikes, figure out what was best for me, and then special ordered me my preferred bike from another store and had it two days later. I appreciated their sales approach which was less about getting me to buy a bike, and more about educating me and helping me make a decision that fit my needs and budget. I really appreciated them and am glad to say you can buy local, get a competitive price, and get exceptional customer service. Thank you.

The people at Greggs are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Yes, I can buy just about anything I need for my bikes online, but going to a shop and interacting with fellow humans is a much better experience.
