Because you could call it a pseudo service. I took my bike to this service and explained the problem. I don't know who it was, but he refused to service it, claiming that he wouldn't deal with such a cheap bike. Even when he mentioned the price, I agreed to it immediately, but he literally refused and gave a rude answer that it would cost too much and he didn’t have time to deal with something like that. I left disappointed and really do not recommend this service to anyone. A waste of time and disappointment.
