I've been doing business with Gregg's for nearly 30 years. We've bought several engines, generators and had them work on our fleet in WA and Alaska. They've always provided excellent service, better prices than competitors and Wayne is so kind!
Had Greggs diesel repair and service our generator. A part they installed failed in less than an hour.... We call and they promply came out and replaced the failed part. They said that sometimes, very rarely, that part is defective and that happens. They quickly replaced the part, and charged me again for the part. Totally unfair to do this. I would not suggest Greggs. They dont stand behind their services
