Deep Six these Idiots Went to Gregg's to buy a Specialized dirt bike and was shown the 2012 version, but the 2013s were available. The sales person would not disclose the differences between models, unless I directed specific questions - then they would only disclose precisely what I asked for. They indicated that Specialized was not very cooperative before the formal "product introduction". So I had to investigate every detail and especially noted the gearing changes introduced in 2013 (which would not fit my usage). The bi... read more

Not great service I was looking for a road bike and decided to check out the selection at Gregg's on my way home from work. When I told the salesperson what I was looking for, she told me that I was too tall (I'm 5'8", not THAT tall) for most of their bikes and so they only had one that would work for me. I took it on a test ride and it was okay. . .but I wanted to look for other bikes. As soon as I said that I planned to look at other places I received no more help. They seemed to have a nice selection of bikes and bike acc... read more

Great cycling resource Gregg's Alderwood Cycle has become a welcome and much appreciated resource for the local cycling community. Following the tradition of Gregg's Greenlake Cycle, it has brought a wide range of excellent bikes and related gear and accessories, along with quality service and cycling expertise. The staff I've interacted with have always had great product knowledge, been ready and willing to listen and answer questions, and shared their own experience when appropriate. There's no pressure to buy, just a genu... read more

this shop has great staff and service – i go here when i am looking for a hard to find part. they also offer good choice of commuting bikes and recumbents. i go to the other stores for more high end road--such as the Gregg's Greenlake store

Nothing but good experiences I have always got what I needed when I visit this store. No salesperson on my back to scare me away. The employees are well educated in bike related issues. As far as I know, there are other locations as well. Bellevue, Greenlake area in Seattle comes to mind. I can only say good things at this point. So I must recommend this as the place to go for bicycles, parts, etc.
