He is extremely personable and easy to work with. Today he performed routine maintenance on our heating air conditioning system that was installed by him two years ago. He diligently checked the blower motor, vacuumed the drain line, checked the heat/air conditioning function on the thermostat, inspected the compressor unit and performed any needed adjustments and checked the Freon level. We experienced a very thorough inspection.
Negative zero. Had a lady call spring special for ac/furnace. Thinking I needed this done said ok. Mr Greggory came to my house within a half hour took me to my furnace see that it’s mold that is harming your family. Then took me outside ac unit. He said your unit is not big enough for the square foot of your house said look at this 1-10 has missing parts. Showed me some meter and reading said you need a new compositor that alone is 2,500.
