He took my money as my Court appointed mediator and never reported back to the Judge, hired a attorney after, The judge nor the new attorney did anything and I believe he should be held liable
Gregg Velasquez was my attorney and he was unprofessional, unprepared, lazy and could care less about me or my child. At one point Gregg asked me to write a child support check to him personally and he would assure it was delivered to the other attorney. It sounded fishy but he was my attorney so I trusted him. He pocketed the $1,200 child support check, --- it never made it to the other attorney or my child.
