This guy just up and left town. He did not warn anyone or advised his patients of his intentions. Did not provide any help on locating a new Doctor for us. This action shows how much he cares for his patients. I always felt that he was less than adequate. He refused to write a prescription for me based on cost of medication. He told me it was very expensive. I feel he was a “C” average Doctor. Likes to tell lots of stories about how good he is. Good luck with this guy.
Sir, When you left your practice in Prescott AZ, why couldn't your former patients access the records? My mother has had to take multiple test at her expense to upgrade her 40 years of records because her record have been lost due to your neglect. No advance notice, you just disappeared.
