Process started in Nov 2021- still ongoing. Represented seller for 96 Sumner property, I am the buyer; his entire team was unprofessional. He was atrocious in personality throughout real estate transaction and prolonged what would be a seamless real estate deal, became argumentative during closing and was unreachable prior/prolonged communications during this property purchase and it has been ongoing since initial signing of contract Nov 2021. Closing of our property was straight forward and was pleased with the transaction. However, the experience after has been very different. The paralegal team has been very unpleasant, unprofessional and very frustrating. Information that we have rights to know has been a struggle to acquire. The paralegal team have not been transparent at all, and asking questions is a nuisance to them. I would not recommend using their services, unless a change is made in their approach to help others.
