Gregg helped me purchase my house a few years ago. I never worked with anyone else, so I can't compare, but my experience was great. Our seller had a few legal issues, and their lawyer didn't know how to handle them. Gregg stepped in and guided the seller's lawyer; otherwise, the sale could have fallen through. His fee was in line with other quotes that I received.
