From my initial enquiry, Vanessa and the Team at Gregg Hume electrical exceeded my expectations. Vanessa was polite, responsive and listened to me. When the boys arrived onsite, they were happy and well mannered. They were prepared for the job and had all the parts required. They were efficient, the job came up great, and they cleaned up after they had finished. What a fantastic customer experience - these guys are awesome.
We had an unexpected issue with our meter box late on Thursday night which resulted in our power being shut off. I called Vanessa at Gregg Hume electrical early Friday morning. She rearranged their schedule so someone could come and get it sorted. We were lucky to get Gregg come on Friday morning and sort all issues and explain what had occurred and got our power back on that day. So impressed with their service and very grateful for their response.
