We were very impressed with the prompt response and clear communication between Gregg & Vanessa after we first contacted them. The quoting process and process for booking the job in and the way in which the work was carried out and completed by Zaiden and Braxton was excellent. Great service all round.
Our hot water system stopped working, and Gregg Hume Electrical sent Tom to fix it. He diagnosed the problem successfully after another electrician had failed to do so, one day earlier. Tom also identified some fuse box issues which needed fixing, and he installed some new LED lighting. He is a good communicator, and an efficient worker who let me collect required parts for the HWS while he installed the new lights. I am whole-hearted in my recommendation of this electrician, and Gregg Hume Electrical.
