Dr. Kennedy made me cry a few years ago, claiming I had gained weight (not true), all to (I think) bolster his up and coing business. Keep in mind, I was the same weigh (I wear a size small!!) and he was very nervous and fidgety at the time. He told me "Let's get you on a scale." His business was EMPTY at the time, except for me. He also at one point, asked me, very cavalierly, "Are you a victim of sexual trauma?" during a procedure. He is so unprofessional. Ugghh! Stay away from this "doctor".
I completely agree with "Atlanta Housewife." Dr. Kennedy's office is so focused on volume and profit that their customer service has suffered. I had a procedure done 6 days ago and have been calling Tracy for the past 3 days to talk to her and she will not call me back. The receptionist says she's been in the office & been getting my messages, but no phone call back. I paid for 3 peels & this was my first one on the series. I guess they got my money and don't care how I'm doing.
I’m honestly disappointed with Dr. Kennedy at the moment. I’ve been a loyal Magnolia Medspa patient (and spent five figures in procedures) for years and have always loved him but I’ve noticed that his practice has slowly turned towards patient volume and away from attentiveness and caring. His staff is first class and wonderful. If it wasn’t for them, I’d take my business elsewhere. There are no shortages of Medspas...
Dr. Kennedy and his staff are first class. I recently had skin tags and several moles removed. The procedure was painless and the results beyond my expectations. As a side note. Dr Kennedy was recommended to us by a neighbor. She’s had him perform a mini lift last summer. All I can say is “wow”. She truly looks 15 years younger. Most importantly, she looks natural.

Kind, compassionate. caring, and a fabulous doctor.
