Friendly folks, top notch service, excellent flight instructors! If you are looking for service, lessons, or anything else out of Animas Air Park these are the guys. Talented, honest mechanics and instructors.
I started my flying journey just under a year ago, and am really happy to say that my time here, so far has been excellent! I've been flying with Michael D'anna, and he is a fantastic instructor and an all around cool person. The mechanics are so nice and always willing to answer questions, and help me fuel the plane or open things. I've loved my time at Greggs flying service so far and i can't wait to continue my training with them!
I’ve genuinely enjoyed my experience flying through Gregg’s. The aircraft (C172) has been maintained to all requirements, is regularly available for my lessons and comes with a great GPS at competitive rates compared to other less equipped aircraft I’ve seen at other schools. The training environment (OOC) is challenging, but will make you an excellent pilot compared to if you only flew at major airports with huge runways. All in all, I’d recommend Gregg’s.
Gregg’s is your one stop shop for everything aviation in SW Colorado! Del is extremely knowledgeable about anything with wings. The mechanics know their stuff and are always friendly and approachable. Michael D’Anna is an experienced instructor with a knack for teaching. Thanks Greggs for getting me into the air!
I’ve been flying Gregg’s Cessna 172 and 182. They keep them in good flying order, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
