In August we contacted Gregg Electric for some minor electrical work in our home. We were initially disappointed in the scheduling for service that we received from Gregg Electric. We were scheduled for a technician to come on a Tuesday. We understand some things happen beyond their control, which was the case. A dump truck accidentally took down my power lines, and Gregg Electric was incredible from start to finish. They answered the phone right away and spoke directly to BC Hydro to understand the situation, showed up quickly, and had the power back on within about three hours. Very professional and easy to deal with — highly recommend.
Gregg Electric is fantastic to do business with. They are very communicative and true to their words. Quality of work is excellent. Very happy with our warehouse lighting upgrade and showroom lighting additions.
The technician arrived on time, immediately tracked down the problem and fixed it quickly. Awesome service.
