I recently worked with Cynthia from Dr. Akapalo's office, and I have to say that despite some past difficulties with the office, Cynthia was extremely helpful in trying to get my mom an authorization to see a specialist. She was professional and courteous, and her customer service skills were excellent. Cynthia went out of her way to try to resolve our issue. What can I say about Dr D? We first met him somewhere around the time we moved to CA in 1982. Then after shuffling around to different doctors here and there, I found my way back to him when I was pregnant with my son who I had in 1996. He delivered my son and has been my primary care doctor ever since. I can’t imagine having to find a new one. He is so attentive and speaks with wisdom. I hate posting bad reviews but in this case the Doctor left me no choice. Dr. DeNicola is a fear monger. All he wants to do is scare people. He is not the man to lead Caduceus medical group and should be fired immediately
