I changed the Water Filter on our Frigidaire refrigerator, while bleeding the air out of the line the display on the water dispenser started going crazy, (buttons didn't work, setting changing by it's self, beeping). Called Frigidaire Support 1 hour and not a help what so ever. Call Woodbury Appliance and Greg tried to walk me through a few things, the whole time the refrigerator is beeping. This is more like 2-1/2 but here goes. PLEASE don't buy GE products EVER. Especially model GFW550SSN4WW. All only come with a 1 year warranty. After that you are SOL (I mean it). $115+parts+labor (will be just as much as I paid for this POS). This POS is 1-1/2yrs old. I suggest you avoid GE altogether. It may seem unfair to ding Woodbury Appliance but they distribute GE so that comes with the territory. They quoted $109.95+parts+labor. Going to have PSE&G take this POS out of my sight. Finally I picked a place that can service my appliances in the future if needed.
We were in need of a new stove right around the holiday. My wife and I have had previous great experiences with Woodbury Appliance so we didn’t hesitate going back. Service was great, but of course due to the holiday, delivery times were limited as they were busy. We were able to schedule a morning appointment for Christmas Eve Day! They truly care about their customers! They could have easily pushed us off until after Christmas, but they didn’t. He knew we needed a stove for Christmas and he made it happen.
