I have used Gregg Abel Design and Construction for 3 significant renovations on my 1937 cottage. Gregg and his team have done amazing work throughout, bringing creativity and expertise to all aspects of these projects. His knowledge of the community and its processes was invaluable to bringing each project in on time and on budget. Highly recommend Gregg Abel Design and Construction.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired Greg's company and I do not think he appeared at the job site after that. He used the wrong materials and his work did not meet the laws and regulations. It was a horrible experience and I hope my review helps people make an informed decision regarding this company.

I have been fortunate to directly witness the design process with Gregg and one of his clients and it convinced me I wanted to work with him. It is such fun to see the sincere joy he has when finding the right fit for the design of a space. Gregg is collegial, funny, and a visionary. His incredible level of artistry and attention to detail is impressive. We will certainly be relying on Gregg for the renovation plans for our new home.

Gregg has been a wonderful designer and architect for various projects - both big and small. His attention to detail and aesthetic is a delight and we always know he will get the job done. We couldn't recommend him more - his craftsmen approach and careful and beautiful design make him a wonderful selection for a house, fence, or just touch up to a home. And the fact that he's very approachable and easy to work with add to it as well!

I was referred to Gregg and Kathy by a colleague and have enjoyed getting to know their work. The magic of Laguna and that particular part of the coast is one of my favorite things about California. Gregg seems to get that vibe and how to create it for homes and commercial spaces. The breadth of style is what surprised my wife and me the most.
