Drove an hour and half to my appointment. Turned away because I got in at 4 16 and they said it was past 4 15. Dr doesn’t seem experienced in diagnosing gaming and programming related injuries. Had me get an MRI that didn’t show anything. Also surgery scheduler Ariel Martinez doesn’t reply to emails.
One of the worst appointment booking experiences. Context- I have worked front desk, phones with a health care company for years. I no longer work in office, but still in healthcare. The staff that first answer was helpful, she didn’t have my husbands referral from his primary care provider- no worries, provide the information. And even booked the apt, three weeks from now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Dr Vagner was so informative and showed so much patience while answering all of my questions. He’s got an incredible bedside manner and knows his stuff! His staff was incredibly and made me feel very much at ease. Five stars all the way around for Dr. Vagner and staff! Grateful they have this office in Cedar Park!
If you want to be charged $6200 for a cyst removal, he's your guy
Amazing care when I had a severe wrist break! Highly recommended!
