I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Sometimes Dr. Koldenhoven has a VERY LONG wait time. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. The waiting room here is spacious.
