I arrived on time,waited a few minutes, saw Dr, who explained everything to me also answered all my questions, and explained what he needed to do. Was very happy with his concern and explanations of what needed to be done
Worst experience from a doctor. Terrible bedside manner and lack of empathy. Time for him to retire. Told me my chronic sinus issues I’ve had since a child were a result of having kids and stress from work. Offered no help or advice.
Half of my vocal cords were paralyzed in the parathyroid surgery. Dr. Zwack warned me that might happen. He's willing to help me regain the use of my vocal cords. I'm hoping to regain the use of my vocal chords.
Absolutely love the staff here. Extremely pleasant and very informative and attentive.
