Dr. Zwack is an amazing doctor. He always takes the time to talk to and explain things directly to my son (9), his patient. We love to visit because he is patient, kind, and thorough, and takes the fear out of any procedures by explaining them so thoroughly. His staff is equally good with kids and lovely.
My experience at this office was a complete joke! Being charged an astronomical amount for what I thought was going to be a $300 expense. Turned out to be $2200. I go to the office to get an explanation of the charges, and the rude guy at the front desk didn’t want to be bothered. Then informs me no one can help me! He needs a job where he is not interacting with people, because he lacks both professionalism and customer service. If your assistance requires him to get out of his chair, you won't be helped.
