First year working with Greg.. Extremely impressed! He was very professional and very thorough. He was there during advertised hours and I was able to reach him when I called. I am glad to have found my new CPA!
Greg was recommended by a family friend when our taxes got more complicated and I was not comfortable doing them myself. He was very thorough. However, recently there was an issue with a local tax service. When I asked him about it he said he was busy but would look into it. That was 3--4 months ago. He accidentally filed duplicate returns our 4 year old (individually and together with me and my wife) so the IRS is now after her for more money. He actually acknowledged the mistake and said he would fix it, but has not been heard from since. I leave him a message about every day, and have been doing so for several weeks. I contacted the IRS and they said nothing has been done to amend the duplicate filing. He's nice enough when we speak with him, so it's difficult to understand why he's ignoring us.
Have tried to get a hold of this guy at his office and on his cell for several weeks with no success. He started some work for us several months ago and we haven't heard from him since. He isn't in the office when his hours says they're open and will not respond to repeated phone calls, text messages or emails.
