Here, just two years after my first response to Misty Lambrecht I was finaly able to learn who she is. She is now a member of the LLC with whom the problems she is alluding to happened to. This gives me an opportunity to make a more detailed response to her comment and glamgram as well. Im sorry that you felt that way. I realize that we did have an employee that was rude and abrasive but she is no longer employed here. I did look and tried to find an account based on the information provided in your post and was unable to verify that you have ever had insurance with our agency.
Rude Staff that does not have time for anything, seems to feel like anyone in the office is putting them out. Moved our insurance just for a nicer staff. Too Busy and Too Much work to even get information about your own insurance. Did not do enough research for a contractor that ended up paying more money for additional insure, when it could have cost less for a banket policy again maybe they just dont have the time for clients.
