Appalling service and that’s only once you get past “Karl” the rudest person to answer a phone. They will not communicate about an issue that they farmed out to have fixed and now it is back and not fixed. Please read all the reviews as the 1 star ones are true and I definitely should have. DO NOT USE these people. Thank you for your response, however non of the words were ever said to me by you on either of my calls. Been there twice now, 1 for a simple brake bleed on a disco 5, still no good so went elsewhere and they found air still in the lines, now fine. The other was for transfer box oil change, other than miss information and oil over the underside all fine. My experience is maybe not use them with a more modern landrover as they could not even tell me how much to replace the timing belt and diesel belt. Needless to say all done by another place now.
They know what they are doing with my Land Rover.
