Hire this guy! Here is one of the good guys. Came to my house within one hour (!) to inspect for free. I thought my house was not bolted, but indeed it was. He told me as much and was so gracious when we realized he had done the inspection for no reason. I WISH I had needed bolting so I could have hired him!
