horrible attorney he will hang up the phone to avoid answering any questions !! He is always at a baseball game not doing anything when court date is around the corner... Mr. Smith took my call late Sunday evening to discuss my case that was settled just recently by my current attorney. My case is very complex and I needed a second opinion on how to get things reevaluated by the judge due to some things that happened over one of my son's first long unsupervised visit (11 hrs). He was extremely helpful and provided me the information needed to protect my son so I have the information needed to make some crucial calls tomorrow. I just met with Mr. Smith. He accommodated me by meeting way outside of his normal schedule. I had multiple issues to deal with and I was on a very tight schedule for getting them resolved. He addressed these and gave me a plan of action for moving forward. His fees were very reasonable and he was as flexible as he needed to be in arranging for me to pay him.
We worked with Jordan Haycock on an issue and were very pleased with his thoroughness and his willingness to explain all the nuances of the justice court in detail. I would recommend Jordan especially with younger folks as he relates very well with them.
