We hired Greg Shultz Construction to remodel our front porch. Originally it was just a small walk way and we wanted a full porch. The project was 7.5 years ago. This past summer, we found the porch floor to be completely rotted in the left half of the porch, we thought, okay, normal wear and tear. So we started demoing the porch floor to replace it.
