This company does not care about animals. They rush through the grooming process and mishandle the dogs. It’s all about money for them.
Greg also started deleting reviews and trying to silence everyone! Please do NOT support this place that won’t be honest with their customers and don’t care about ethics, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, your pet. All they care about is saving face & money.
Greg hires incompetent, unlicensed groomers that WILL hurt your pet. It happened on a livestream, one of his employees in her UNDERGARMENTS filmed herself yanking on a poodles hair and skin, and grabbing it by the neck, twisting it around like a rag doll. Look up the reviews on Yelp for more in depth. DO NOT take your pets here if you love them!
DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE THEY ABUSE THEM TO THE POINT THEY ARE SCREAMING IN PAIN
Our 16 year old Chocolate Lab had LONG front nails. I have not been able to take care of them myself for fear of hurting him. Greg’s GR got is in and out in a few minutes. Our dogs nails are perfect. They took the time and care to hold him up ( he can’t stand on one leg alone) and clip. Thank you! This is the place to go for pet care needs.
