Would give 0 stars if I could. Went for consultation- just got a referral. They said it was covered but then insurance stated I needed a proper referral. So I booked an appointment with my primary care and got all the paperwork required but they forgot to send it to insurance within the 90 days. Horrible. Also- they charged my credit card without informing me prior.
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Cohan’s office. My insurance was supposed to cover the procedure, but the office did not provide the necessary information to the insurance company. Instead, they charged me $400 directly. I’ve been trying to resolve this, but the issue remains unresolved. I hope the office improves its billing and communication processes.

I recently started seeing Dr. Cohen for severe abdominal pain. Dr. Cohen really spends a lot of time getting to know your symptoms, and thoroughly investigates your health history for an accurate diagnosis. Dr. Cohen has also made some great suggestions and described these painful events as flare-ups which is absolutely true and something I never realized.
