I had a very disappointing experience with this shop and would not recommend them based on my recent repair. Before authorizing the work, I was clearly told that OEM VW parts would be used. This was discussed in person, but primarily confirmed over text messages, all of which I have saved. Based on these assurances, I agreed to move forward. Volodymyr helped me install aftermarket tail lights on the VW golf gti. The part was non-standard aftermarket light and did not come with instruction manual at all. A few other shops had turned down the job earlier for such reasons. Volodymyr was able to work with me together based on the sparse info provided verbally by the seller, and figured out the correct way of wiring.
