Gregory and Walter (Volodymyr) took on my Audi headlight retrofit, requiring custom wiring, component protection authentication, and software coding. They figured it all out cheerfully and professionally. The wiring was done beautifully. The coding was careful and thorough. We discovered Greg 5 years ago when our Audi warranties expired with the dealer and we are so happy we found him. He is very knowledgeable, fairly priced, responsive, and professional. He has the proper computer system to run diagnostics and record your services in the nationwide database. He is very personable and genuine.

They are the best Mercedes mechanics on the Peninsula I’ve dealt with. My 2021 GLC 300 had a coolant leak, I took it to them that day, Greg pressure tested it immediately, showed me the leak, ordered the part and had it fixed the next day for $490.00 including part, showed me the cracked tube but he saw it fast, fixed it fast for a fantastic price and I was leaving for a trip the following day so Greg really saved us a lot of problems, could not of worked out better.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop and would not recommend them based on my recent repair. Before authorizing the work, I was clearly told that OEM VW parts would be used. This was discussed in person, but primarily confirmed over text messages, all of which I have saved. Based on these assurances, I agreed to move forward.
