Response to my issue was very timely.
Upon receiving conflicting information from several claims reps and a refusal to discuss a rental car because the assigned rep was out for four days, I called the agent for assistance and he said I would need to talk with a claims rep.
I had a small problem with my paperwork today. It was all straightened out and I got my insurance cards and my premium notice. I highly recommend you look into taking out a State Farm Car or home insurance policy. My premium per month is $25 less than what I was paying . It's locally owned and you can go in and pay in person. Great location on Pelham Road. Really friendly helpful staff.
