This guy reached out to me and tried to act like he wanted to help me when I am the one that expressed interest in the property. Not only did he not follow up on conversation and communication but the property that I was interested in got leased and he could not give a crap. He is incredibly responsive but even more so, you know he cares about you and your needs. Greg reached out to us when we put in an inquiry to view a home. Within two days, he got the necessary information from us and lined up 7 viewings! We had to reschedule last minute and he was cooperative and understanding.
