This individual is responsible for reviewing red light violations for the city of Chicago. Despite being within my legal right to take a right turn at a red light (no sign posted) I appealed to have the violation dropped. Guess who upheld the violation after review? I received the reviewed violation in the mail, the day after Christmas - a $100 fine.
