Find someone else to take care of your AKs - Buyer Beware – Maybe he is a good surgeon but my experience wasn't so good. I came to have Dr. Pearson look at my AKs. He immediately started cryosurgery (nitro spray) without telling me what he was going to do or discussing the white scars it would leave behind.
