Improved! Good changes have been made. Two years ago, my experience was so humiliating, they brought in three people to watch me be examined that I wasn't informed was going to be there and misgendered me while sticking the catheter in me. I came out dissociated from the uncomfortable experience so badly, that I went non verbal for two days and my family and friends worried about me. Needless to say I was terrified of going back again, but Doctor David Arthur and his team today made me feel much more respected as a patient. ... read more

Update 11/30/23 I had a couple of follow up appointments in November to work on some prescription alternatives. Rather than Dr Lund I had the pleasure of seeing Ashley on the issue. She was/is thoughtful, smart and thorough. She is a reflection of the 5 star experience you have with this practice starting with the front staff at check in. (2/20/23).
