I'm beyond dissapointed, 3 years ago (Jan 21st 2020) Dr. Tjossem Prescribed me a medication called Sertraline. My only complaint was anxiety and I clearly told him I was not depressed whatsoever. He assured me that it was a very "safe" medication that was commonly prescribed with very minimal side effects. I trusted his word... After all he's a Doctor. I asked for an appointment and was surprised I was able to get in the same day. Dr Tjossem was friendly and professional and was able to diagnosis my problem quickly. The Kaiser team did the lab work and the pharmacy had the medicine all in one place. The whole visit was less than one hour. My wife is with another group and this would have taken weeks. I'm so glad I'm with Dr Tjossem and Kaiser.
