I used Greg's flat fee listing service to sell a mobile home, that my agent was unable to sell. I saved a boat load of money by not having to pay a commission to a listing agent, and I believe I got the deal to the finish line because I was able to have direct contact with the buyer's agent without additional people in the middle, which can sometimes leave you wondering what the buyers are really thinking.
