I’m thankful for this company because it saves me thousands of dollars in real estate commissions! I am in control, I can talk to the buyers agents directly, SO much better than FSBO (when you do that, you’ll have 50 calls every day from realtors trying to get your business). This process is pretty self explanatory but they have customer service available if you need it. It’s not as easy as listing with an agent, but for the price, it’s a no-brainer for me.
I highly recommend Realty Net as an affordable way to list and sell your property. As an experienced real estate investor, I chose the basic plan which worked well for me and I listed my home competitively, held two open houses that were wildly successful and sold the house to buyers that were at the second open house on the third week on the market at full price! This is my second time using Realty Net/ByOwnerOregon and given the opportunity would use them again and again. They provide various packages and pricepoints so you can basically build exactly what you need to sell your house/condo yourself.
