They were just awesome! Saved me a boatload of money and they made listing and photo changes when I needed it, and very fast to respond, and just love the service. Even answered my questions, just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend and will be using for all future sales.
I used Greg's flat fee listing service to sell a mobile home, that my agent was unable to sell. I saved a boat load of money by not having to pay a commission to a listing agent, and I believe I got the deal to the finish line because I was able to have direct contact with the buyer's agent without additional people in the middle, which can sometimes leave you wondering what the buyers are really thinking.
If you don’t think you can FSBO, you can. This process was straight forward and easier than we thought. We would use this service again for sure. Greg was very responsive when we needed his insight. A++
