Everyone at Greg Lauck’s office was great to deal with when I called them several times concerning a minor repair. The process has changed and I needed it explained as well as their opinion of what the repair shops were telling me.
I had to us the State Farm Roadside Assistance app for the first time last week. I have never had such amazing service to make sure I was safe throughout the process of waiting for the tow truck. I was a former AAA customer and Subaru roadside assistance customer. Both of these companies actually had me in unsafe situations. In one case it was 11pm, on a rural highway and aaa let me know they could not get anyone there until 1am maybe 2am.
