I called because my house is 7 years old. The technician came out and did a free camera check in 3 places. He showed me the screen and said “You are very clean. Call us in 2 or 3 years.” He did not charge me for the visit. He did not try to sell me. He was honest. I put it in my calendar to call them in 2028. When someone says no to money, you know you can trust them.
