I phoned for air duct cleaning because my air conditioner wasn't cooling down properly. When Patrick, the technician, looked, he discovered that the coils were covered with dirt. The AC functioned flawlessly once the coils were cleaned. In addition, he cleaned the lint-filled dryer vent. That was a fire hazard, but I was completely unaware of it. Debris from years of neglect had clogged the return vents in the older house we purchased. With meticulous attention to detail, the professionals cleaned the furnace, sanitized the ducts, and removed layers of grime. To stop the formation of mold, they even suggested installing UV lights. Within hours, the interior air quality had improved and we could breathe more easily. Before winter arrives, I would absolutely reschedule this service.
