I’m sure the place is great, but when me and my mom arrived to make changes to our policy, we were told that they can’t Do it and stated that, although they’re a State Farm, they are privately owned and can’t see other policies which is not true our family has policies all over the USA And we visit Random agencies wherever we happen to be located while we’re traveling. Shout out to Justine for doing a wonderful job de-escalating the situation when I came in today. She kept her cool and answered all my questions while I was overly frustrated about policy changes. She was able to explain everything more clearly to me, and in the end even found a discount I'm eligible for.
