It's that time of year for Medicare renewal. Although I've had my coverage through a different agency for the last several years, I did take a call from Greg Hoover's office because they've held a number of other policies for me. Jack was so nice and professional, I set up an appointment. He couldn't have had better customer service skills. And when it gets down to it, it is really all about customer service.
