EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The staff at Greg Heintz's office, especially Andrew, Daisy, and Greg, have bent over backwards to help my husband and I, even when I feel like State Farm, as a company, did not always rise to this. Greg Heintz's office REALLY CARE and will go out of their way to do right by their customers. These are characteristics that tend to be lost in a selfish society. Highly recommend Greg and his team if you are looking for an honest and reliable insurance company. They walked me through everything and made it an effortless process! Great team.
Andrew was phenomenal. I had to pay with a temporary card (bank is sending me a new one so I figure I'd do a one time payment over the phone), and the experience was friendly and quick. I understand google reviews help customers have peace of mind before choosing State Farm and help management determine how good customer service is. For the management and customers, know that Andrew is the man!!!
